ABSTRACT | ||
The present article analyzes the stylistic aspects of the stories of the bengali author Kabita Sinha based on two of her short stories. The short stories are – ‘Parshwacharitra' and ‘Khelte Khele- Ekdin'. Discussing form involves examining how the storyteller uses naming, character, setting, scene, sentence structure, imagery and other tools to complete or bring the content of the story to its ultimate conclusion. This article sheds light on the nature, content, significance of the naming, and characterization in the two short stories, and how they reach their conclusions. Plot construction plays a crucial role in the discussing form, and this article analyzes the plot construction, narrative technique, use of imagery, similes, and symbols, as well as the sentence structure of the story, and how it reveals the internal conflicts of the characters or event. The article concludes by reviewing the distinctive features of the stories’ beginnings and endings | ||
