Depiction of Human Life in the World of Egalitarian Thought in Selected Stories of Somen Chanda

ABSTRACT
The First World War, the middle time of First and Second World War, were captured in Somen Chandas writings. Somen was a famous writer of the 40s decade. The depth of the content in his writings has been multidisciplinary. He created the character, dialogue, plot, topic in accordance with his time. He died in unknown killer’s knife. He was the leader of the Trade Union. He received membership of the Communist Party. He was the writer like Sukanta Bhattacharya. The ideals of communism are reflected in his writings. The three stories Pratyabartan, Banaspati and Sanket written by him. In these three stories Somen wants to spread the ideals of communism into the public; that has been reflectected. In the story Pratyabartan, Prashantas life associated with the struggle for Homeland can see the ruins of the past. In the story Banspati, the dewing myth surrounded a tree. The events of different times have been transformed there. In the story Sanket, the owners arrange for more profit in less money without solving the problem of these three stories have been captured by the flow of equality. Ordinary people are tried about the bitter experience. Somen dreamed of establishing equality in the midist of that difference. Those verses are the ones who have taken place in the narrative discussion.
