ABSTRACT | ||
A child’s life
cycle starts from the mother’s womb and through continuous growth; he enters
the world as a full-fledged child. Later it passes through various stages of
growth and development and attains the perfection of complete human life. Bengali
oral literature rhymes play an important role in children’s, normal development,
social development, psychological development, intellectual development,
language development and moral development. Rhymes from oral literature are
easy to recite which builds confidence in young children. Children learn new
words by reading rhymes, which build their knowledge of the sounds of words,
which is very important pre-reading skill. Rhyme lessons develop language
skills as well as self confidence, mental, intellectual and creative skills
necessary for learning. | ||
