ABSTRACT | ||
The ancient or primitive inhabitants of the tribal people have a tradition of living together in an organized manner, keeping their language, culture and traditions alive, from that time to the present. This process of organizing or living together is different in different ethnic groups of the tribal people. The tribal people choose the places or places where they consider suitable for living; where there is abundance of water. There is flat land suitable for cultivation. There are delicious fruits and root forests to satisfy their hunger. There is no fear of any obstacle or danger to spend their lives. They choose such places. They live permanently in that place. If they do not face any obstacle or danger, they do not shift their residence. The tribal people belong to different castes or communities. They live by establishing different caste-based rural environments by identifying their own ethnic identity. The importance and contribution of the knowledge and epistemology of the tribal ancestors in creating this rural environment is immense. They have created or established village management systems or rules by creating each village. This is an incomparable contribution among the tribals. In this research paper, I have tried to present the theory of knowledge through research only on the village organization system of the tribals of West Bengal. Where what kind of customs, rules and management are there in the village organization system of the tribals of West Bengal? If any problem arises in the daily life of the tribals through that management, by what process do they solve that problem? What is the condition of this village organization system in the present generation and what kind of evidence is being reflected? The main aim and objective of this research paper is to explore and present the answers to such research questions. | ||
